Hey, King: Get Off Our Backs!

In my life as a senior in high-school i have found that in this point of my life i need to start growing up and make my own decision through out my life i have made simple de but now its my time to grow up and be independent. Now i feel as if it very important to make choices in your life so i will be upset if i couldn't because we need to be able to be our own person
They did it because they want to give people there own rights that they deserve but they gave us enough to be happy but at the same it be able to have control of the people so things dont get out of hand.



Part 1: Preamble
  • An introduction explaining why the Declaration is being written.
All men are created equal
Life liberty and the pursuit  of happiness 

Part 2: Natural Rights
  • The colonists explain the rights of people and the role of government power.
Our new government have been abashed 
king has tried to keep people from coming to the colonies 
king has housed large troops
Part 3: Grievances
  • A list of the colonists’ complaints.
cut connection from British
when one group of people decides to separate from another they should explain why 
new laws have taken away our rights to a jury trail in many cases
our trade with the rest of the world has been cut off 

Part 4: Resolution of Independence
  • The colonists declare their independence from Britain.
all men are created equal 
the king has refused to agree to laws that would benefit the people 
our own government have abolished 
the king gets to decide whether the judges keep their jobs and how much they get paid
